My own journey has shaped this vision. Over the past 24 years, I’ve worked every corner of healthcare—from my start as a CNA to becoming an RN, mastering QA and coding, and building staffing solutions for the industry. Along the way, I saw both the beauty of caregiving and the frustration of documentation stealing precious time from patients.
